Scrappin' Sue's "Circle of Friends" Annual Weekend Crop
Friday, November 19th thru Sunday November 21st, 2010

Crop will be held at the Holiday Inn, Weirton, WV
With meals catered by Undo's restaurant

The cost is $225.00 per person with 4 people per room,
$240.00 per person with 3 people per room $255 per person with 2 per room, and
$325.00 for a private room

The cost includes: 2 nights lodging, Friday evening pizza, salads & drinks.
Saturday morning pastries & beverages, lunch & dinner.
Sunday with breakfast and lunch.

Around the clock cropping in the banquet room.
Everyone gets a full 8" table to crop at (you may leave
your supplies set up and come and go as you please)
Free crop T-shirt, goody bag for each cropper and entries
for door prizes. Chinese auction and layout contests.

I have invited Kimberly Conlin, a sales rep. from Milford, OH, to
spend the weekend with us. She will be doing Makes-n-Takes throughout the weekend. Plus she will be demonstating products
and have great ideas on scrapbooking and stamping.

We Will have a snack station set up and everyone will be asked
to bring a snack to share. Iced tea and bottles of water will be
provided. We'll have a "Scrap" yard set up. You may donate supplies
you no longer want or use. (Paper, stickers, partial sheets of stickers,
fibers, embellishments, etc) These things will be free to take what
you need and leave with what you don't.

Space is limited. Reservation required. Payment plan available.
You can start making your payments NOW to spread out the Cost.
A free gift for the first 10 people to pay their deposit.
